Romana has given talks to large audiences on global platforms including Teach For All Global Conferences, Salzburg Global Seminar and TEDx as well as virtual platforms like Catalyst 2030 and EdHeroes Global Forum.
Her talks weave stories and lived experiences to unpack complex concepts including are on the themes of inner work, power and oppression, wisdom traditions and healing from trauma.
At the 2025 XxY Learning Festival, Romana conducts a session titled ‘Remembering our Wholeness’. Together, she facilitates reflections on what our “true power” feels like and what it may take for us to step into it. (2025)
